I found out that qi-gong always has been helping me to feel better, especially at the time of distress. From my own personal experience, I can tell, that qi-gong diminish worries, fear, anxiety, helps to have clear mind and positive outlook. Do not worry, if you did not practice it before, we will start together, and you might continue it on your own later. I am not a qi-gong teacher, but I think I know enough to start and do it .
